I discovered Buttermilk Falls during a week long stay in Finger Lakes, New York. During summer the area is probably busy. But on a weekday in late October I enjoyed a quiet hike with my husband and dog. Once again Chloe loved exploring the trails and perching on various stone structures. Surrounded by the rustic autumn foliage and beautiful waterfalls, we spent several hours creating photographs. Below are three of my favorite scenes.
