Why do I work with pups and their people? Because our furry friends change us from the inside out. They make us laugh and cry. They remind us that life is more than work, bills, and day-to-day concerns.

I love what I do. Every pup, along with their person, arrives with a story waiting to be photographed. I know it’s a treasured story. One that’s larger than cell phone screens and more lasting than fleeting social media posts. Now I have nothing against cell phone images or posts. My phone is loaded with images of my dog, Chloe, and rescued cat, Buster. I post about both of them. But I also love the finished canvases and display pieces I have throughout my home reminding me of our best times together. Seeing them every day imprints them into my memory and my heart. It deepens the sense of companionship I share with them. My goal is to help all my clients achieve the same.

If you’ve never had the opportunity to work with a photographer who is sold out to your dog(s), I’d love to be the first. I’m different from other photographers in that I spend my free time reading about dogs, engaging with them, seeking out ways to better photograph them, and sourcing products to display their images in ways my clients love.

Your dogs aren’t an add in to my photo sessions. They ARE the session. Your precious pup is at the center of all I do.

That’s not to say the person who arrives at the session (that’s you!) isn’t important. You are! You can participate in the session as much or as little as you want. Some of the most treasured images I’ve captured are owners engaging with their dogs. They’re priceless.

I’d love to give you an experience that you’ll enjoy and remember fondly. I’d love to help you create a story album of images that will last long into the future.
